Digital Parcel Data is available in a ESRI ArcInfo shapefile format and is provided on
CD. Shapefiles are provided in the following two types of formats.
- Shapefiles with the parcel polygons.
- Shapefiles with parcel polygons and assessment attribute data.
The assessment attribute data is from the state property assessment system and will accompany the
shapefiles as an external table in .DBF format.
Shapefile Cost
- Shapefiles with parcel polygons is $635 per county. The assessment attribute data

- Shapefiles with parcel polygons and assessment attribute data is $2,000 per county total. Click here to determine sales tax and shipping cost.

Shapefile Collection (all counties maintained by this office) with parcel polygons and
assessment attribute data is $75,000. Click here to determine sales tax and shipping cost.
(A $10 shipping and handling fee is a flat rate and applies to individual and
or multiple shapefile purchases).
