GIS Data Sales
- Parcel Data -

The Office of Local Government (OLG) is authorized to sell parcel data products for all counties maintained by this Office. To purchase parcel data products for counties not maintained by OLG, contact the Assessor of Property in the county of interest. For a complete list of parcel data availability, click list or map.

Digital Data Products
Digital parcel and associated cadastral data is available for purchase in ESRI shapefile format. The two digital parcel data products available for purchase are listed below. To view a sample of the information included in our digital data products, click here.
  1. Shapefile of parcel polygons and shapefiles of associated cadastral data.
  2. Shapefile of parcel polygons, shapefiles of associated cadastral data, and assessment attribute data.
    • The assessment attribute data is from the state property assessment system and will be provided as an external table in .DBF format.
    Product Pricing
  1. Shapefile of parcel polygons = $635 (per county)
  2. Shapefile of parcel polygons and assessment attribute data = $2,000 (per county)
  3. Shapefile Collection (all counties maintained by this office) = $75,000
    • This product includes the assessment attribute.

Paper Map Products
Property maps are available in two scales:
  1. 1” = 400’ scale maps (rural areas). Click here to view sample map.
  2. 1” = 100’ scale maps (urban and downtown districts). Click here to view sample map.

Property maps are also available in two sizes:

  1. 24” x 36” (large map)
  2. 11” x 17” (mini map)

Property maps can be purchased individually or as a complete set. Complete sets include all maps and indices for a county. The cost of mini or large maps is the same when purchased individually. Property maps are only available in black and white..
